  • Free shipping on purchases over a $50.00.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Kress can issue a refund with the same paid method for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customer will not be exempt the return shipping cost
  • Original shipping costs and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Kress does an intensive quality check on all the items being shipped. If you received a damaged item or an incorrect fit, Kress will be more than willing to pay for the exchange shipping costs within 7 days of shipping date.
  • We cannot accept merchandise return after 30 days

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS:

To return by mail: Please send the merchandise to the address listed below.

  • Email shopkress@kressgroup.com advising us on the return.
  • In the package the merchandise should include all original packaging, paperwork and have all tags still attached
  • On the Invoice please circle the item you will be returning.
  • Once items have been received; refund may take about 1-2 weeks for the items to be fully credited to your account.

We accept merchandise returns in our stores with a sales receipt

  • In the order details field of your invoice you will see a transaction code which you have to present at any Kress store in order to exchange your merchandise.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • We proudly ship all orders within 1 – 3 business days of placement. Orders placed by Noon EST will be processed the next business day. If an item sells out and becomes back ordered you will be notified of the shipping delay.
